At CodeOp, we’re on a mission to change the face of tech by empowering underrepresented people to thrive in their careers. Our Ambassador Program is a community-driven initiative aimed at fostering leadership, growth, and lasting change in the tech industry.
The Program
What is the CodeOp Ambassador Program?
This program brings together individuals who are passionate about gender diversity in tech, giving them the tools and platform to create real, meaningful change. CodeOp is not just a bootcamp, but a thriving community of people from over 90 countries, and our Ambassador Program is a key part of this vision.
Our objective is to build a supportive, inclusive tech ecosystem that bridges the gap between potential and proficiency. The program will focus on three main areas: generating interest, developing proficiency, and cultivating persistence in tech. We want to ensure that women+ not only enter tech but thrive at all stages of their careers.

The program is designed to be agile and collaborative, with small impact-focused pods working on specific areas like generating interest in tech, developing proficiency, and cultivating persistence. Each pod has a leader responsible for driving progress and ensuring alignment with CodeOp’s broader impact strategy.
