About Us
Our Bridges to Tech
In 2018 we launched the first international tech school for women, trans and nonbinary people starting first in Barcelona. Since our inception, we’ve engaged in collaborative partnerships with leading corporations, governments, and NGOs, aimed squarely at dismantling disparities in tech.
Critical Ingredient
Great learning starts with a supportive educational community
Winning Formula
We curate each cohort to create the best experience for students, instructors, and partners alike
NEW
Residency Placements for graduates
While many bootcamps offer short ‘career weeks’ or mock projects, we believe that the best way to prepare for a tech career is by working with a real company on a real project.
Our new Residency Programme allows participants to collaborate with industry professionals, gain mentorship, and develop critical soft skills like teamwork and communication—all while reinforcing the technical skills they learned in the bootcamp.

More than a bootcamp.
Find your community in tech.
CodeOp exists to support tech professionals who care about more than just code — those who value collaboration, critical thinking, and meaningful conversations. We’re excited about tech, but even more so when it’s driving positive change.
How we partner with companies
Since our inception, we’ve engaged in collaborative partnerships with leading corporations, governments, and NGOs, aimed squarely at dismantling the gender disparity in tech.
Our global network of +21k of women+ spans 90 countries worldwide—we’ve brought coding to high schools across Brazil, helped women upskill in Malaysia with the support of the Asia Foundation, created remote apprenticeship programmes for FAO at the United Nations and have built in-house programmes for companies like Bumble and Inditex.
Our expertise lies at the intersection of DE&I, technology and education.
